the receipt of electronic direct marketing by completing the prescribed form as required by section
69(2) of POPI, once available, and I hereby direct Avalanche Marketing Group not to request such
consent from me, but to provide or deliver such request to itself, as my agent, in terms of this
clause. I furthermore consent to Avalanche DC collecting my personal information from third parties
or to contact me to request my personal information to complete such consent. I acknowledge that I
can withdraw this authorization at any time.
